How do I get flexible?! I get this question SO often, and many people think that being flexible is just not possible for them BUT, the truth is, anyone can get flexible, no matter what stage you might be at now. Flexibility is all about exposing your body to extended range of movement, consistently...and that’s the key word. Consistency. Spending time on stretching or yoga everyday will improve your flexibility tremendously. Even just 15min daily will help you more than just 1 or 2 long stretching sessions a week. One of the best ways I like to mix my stretching/yoga into my day is to do it first thing in the morning, or just before bed at night. Morning stretching helps your body release feel good hormones and helps you start a positive flow of energy for your day 💫 Night time stretching releases tension and stress that you might have built up over the day and prepares your body for rest and healing.
