1. THEY SKIP MEALS
Breakfast is the major meal to start up the day. In a survey, it is concluded that 96% of people have breakfast. Their diet includes some fruits and veggies, but some people do not concentrate on morning meal, they skip them. That is what, the skinny people do. Skipping the meal directly affect the immune system, which resists the further growth of the body.
2. TAKE LESS CALORIES
Calories are much harmful if we take more, but it is more harmful when taken in less amount. We should take calories in a balanced way so that our body remain fit. People with less fat, consume less calories while the people who are skinny avoid calories. They do not even take the number of calories that are required by the body.
3.TAKING STRESS
Taking stress can be a reason why they are so skinny. Sometimes they do not feel comfortable and may take stress because of their work or anything. Taking stress affect the sleep which can be a major problem. Our body requires rest if it is doing work. So, it is important to take less rest and sleep.
4. THEY EAT TOO SLOWLY
Well, it is important to chew your food properly, it is good to have food properly. Eating slowly helps in better digestion, better hydration, and greater satisfaction. But eating too slow can be the reason for your decreased hungriness. It may also lead to higher level of satiety between meals. Skinny people’s habit of eating too slowly can result in less fat in their body, which they require the most.
5. FOLLOW ANY DIET
They do not follow any type of dieting conditions. In a survey, it is found that seventy-four percent say they rarely diet and forty-eight do not a diet at all. Sometimes the skinny people do not have proper meals but they do not praise dieting as well. They do not follow any proper routine of food; they eat what they want to.
6. RESTRICT THEMSELVES
While other people starve themselves to get slim, skinny people do not restrict themselves from any of the food. People stop taking dairy products and desserts whereas, naturally slim people do not need to do any of the things. They may eat two times at a meal while other who concentrate on dieting avoid second servings.
7. DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY EAT
They do not give a damn about what they are eating right now or what they will eat afterward. Other people who try to maintain their body, are really particular about how much calories they are taking and what they need to eat afterward. However, it is important to take measures of the diet we are taking but that is one of the things slim people do not take care of that. They can have loads of pizzas and candies and salad too.
8. EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE DAY
Exercise is important for our body to be fit and healthy. In a survey, it is found that majority of the people exercise less frequently. Thirty-two percent of people sweat it out only, while some people only do work out three or four times weekly and the other do not work out at all. However, the skinny people do not actually exercise they are skinny and they assume to not to have some extra work out and they avoid everyday exercise.
9. DO NOT TAKE DIET DRINK
Some of the people who do workouts and other gym exercises, take the protein drinks. There are some of the drinks which are rich in vitamins and other essential proteins required by our body. Interestingly, most of them take these drinks to maintain their body while the skinny people do not take such drinks. Their body reflects the deprived proteins they need to have.
10. DO NOT HIDE FROM SCALE
Most of the people are afraid of their weight gain and their weight loss makes them happier. While the other people, afraid of measuring their weights skinny people are not they may get happy if their weight increases.
11. WEAR SKINNY JEANS
Everyone knows what type of cloth suits them, they are particular when they buy anything for wearing. The people who are fat prefer loose clothes which are more comfortable for them. On the other hands, skinny people avoid wearing body-con dresses, especially jeans or leggings. The try to avoid them as it may reflect their skinny legs more and they find hard to flaunt them comfortably.
12. DO NOT PRIORITISE WEIGHT LOSS
While other people do so hard work to lose their weight, skinny people do not make such efforts. Other people find motivation and prioritize weight loss techniques for which they also go to the gym to do heavy workouts whereas skinny people just relax and do not care for that.
13.THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING CALORIES
They do not think like other people while eating anything, they just eat when they want to. Their hungriness does not have any fixed time so they do not think twice before eating any calories.
14.THEY NEVER LIMIT THEIR OPTIONS
They never limit the things, what they want to eat or not. They eat what they like it can be desserts or some extra sugar bake cookies.
15.DO NOT WORRY ABOUT “WHAT TO WEAR”
They do not worry about wearing the types of clothes. Everything they wear looks perfect for their body. Though they worry about the alterations, unlike healthy people they moan for being skinny.
